Yes, you can combine an eye shadow that is a cream with a powder shadow. You will notice the interesting effect this has, and the best advantage is that the color will last much more longer. When you use mascara, be careful that the brush can be too full of mascara (and believe it or not, this time a full mascara doesn’t mean is better for your makeup, because it won’t stick very good on your lashes). If you want a more dramatic look on your eyes, apply one layer of mascara, let it dry and then apply another layer.
Learn to moisture your face with a face moisturizer. Don’t forget to choose wisely what foundation you use and use 2 types of fondation, or better said 2 different shade, because in the summer you will need a darker shade, because you get taned during the summer.
